What a fantastic community space/coffee shop! I ordered an iced latte (delicious) and stayed for a minute to look something up on my phone - didn't realize I would get to enjoy live music at the same time! Definitely make an effort to come here for coffee/snack - There's plenty of seating and service is warm and friendly! There's also a variety of events that happen in the back space. I went to the restroom and passed by people painting and brunching!

Always great to find a cafe with good plant based options and plentiful outlets. Getting homework done can be a drag, but getting out of my house makes it a bit easier and good coffee is a must! Loved the signature drink. A bit pricey for the sandwich, but aligns with the industry standard so it’s to be expected. As I continued my work, I loved seeing lager groups come in to chat and enjoy the space. Live music, too. Will be back!

The sandwiches and coffee were amazing and delicious! They also had live music, which was really cool. Customer service was great and friendly! Cute and comfy seating. Overall, it's a great place to grab food, coffee and study!

This coffee shop is amazing! The coffee is perfectly brewed, rich, and smooth, and I love that it is accessible in downtown Arbutus. I recommend a plain latte, their seasonal specials, and any of their sandwiches. The food is always fresh and delicious! The staff is friendly and welcoming (and usually give me a compliment every time I walk in), and the cozy atmosphere is great for both relaxing and working. I’ll definitely be back for more!

This place is adorable! Delicious pastries and coffee. Some feedback for the owner - the chai was very gross (respectfully), I would suggest changing the brand or how you make it. Besides the chai, this place was delicious and cute!

The OCA Mocha is also their signature mocha. The "secret ingredient" is a dash of cinnamon blended smoothly with the whole milk, espresso, and chocolate sauce. The large is 20oz, which was almost too much to finish in one sitting. Oh, and they have cool board games to play, too.

The Oca Mocha Iced Latte is DELICIOUS! It has a touch of cinnamon that really makes it flavorful. This coffee shop is easy to get to. We stopped in during the Arbutus Arts Festival so it was a little busy. They move quickly so the wait was minimal. Plenty of seating to sit and drink coffee and eat food. Looking forward to trying other items from here. Staff was friendly.
